From there we like to meet you at home or your project site, allowing us to see how you live, review site-specific features and neighbour situations, and discuss initial ideas. We then move on to full concept design, producing sketches and CAD 3D models to be presented to you.

Afterwards, we’ll focus on preparing planning drawings and then we’ll look at technical designs which includes coordinating and preparing Building Regulation submissions, and construction details. Lastly, we’ll move onto the construction stage where we’ll be your representatives on-site and review the works as they progress as your representative with the contractor.
